This carburetor is in excellent working condition. Unfortunately, used carburetors have a tendency to have the floats stick if they happen to get turned upside down in shipping. Because of that, there's a chance you may have a issue with that, however, it's generally an easy fix if it does happen. Usually, a simple tap on the side will free them up.
